OVERVIEW

“Employees don’t leave bad jobs, they leave bad managers.”
This statement rings truer than ever in our day and age. That’s why more and more managers and executives are completing management courses designed to enhance and refine their skills, so that they can become better leaders. By engaging in professional development, students learn how to manage business changes as well as finances, equipping them with valuable knowledge of various business processes. You will also learn how to develop marketing plans as well as marketing objectives, both of which are vital to the success of businesses in the present day.

This qualification would suit those already in the industry or those seeking employment in a senior managerial position that will include responsibility for leadership, planning, development and innovation.
